Cullen Chadwick - Bass and Vocals
Cullen Chadwick has enjoyed 14 years in the music industry, producing original music and playing in an Indie rock band Basner in his homestate of New Jersey. His band won the 2003 Battle of the Bands at The Saint in Asbury Park and opened for Ozma in Philadelphia. He studied Music at Rutgers University and interned at MicroJazz Studios in Trenton, NJ. Upon moving to Tucson in 2006 he started Frugal Rock Studios, where he has been lead engineer and producer for the past 8 years.
Jeff McKinney - Drums
Jeff McKinney is Something Borrowed's drummer. After being inspired by the music of the 60s, Ringo Starr in particular, he began drum studies in elementary school continuing through high school where he began playing professionally. Throughout the 70s and 80s he played across the country and Canada in various bands. Playing rock, blues and country he became well versed in many styles. As well as drumming duties he also sings with the group. As a veteran of many years in the music industry, he brings a maturity to the group and helps on the business side of the group while maintaining an open ear to new sounds to incorporate into Something Borrowed's repertoire.
Phil Dunitz - Guitar and Vocals
Phillip Dunitz, Something Borrowed's guitarist, began his musical journey early in life. With a strong passion for singing Phil was active in musical productions and choirs starting at age 9. This love of music led Phil to pick up the guitar and eventually teach himself to play ukulele and mandolin. He studied music at the University of Arizona while passing his knowledge along to students in private lessons. He currently works at Tucson's premier music store Instrumental Music Center. Phil brings his excitement and emotion for music into his playing and singing at every performance and can't wait to share this with you on your special night.
